حيث تستهدف الوزارة تحفيز المعروض العقاري و رفع الإنتاجية لتوفير خيارات سكنية بالسعر و الجودة المناسبة، و عقد شراكات مع المطورين العقاريين المؤهلين لتطوير خيارات سكنية متنوعة على أراضي الوزارة و أراضي القطاع الخاص و كذلك على الأراضي الخاضعة لرسوم الأراضي البيضاء، بما يؤدي بالتالي إلى دعم العرض وتمكين الطلب و رفع نسبة التملّك السكني إلى جانب تفعيل السياسات التنظيمية المتنوعة التي أثمرت عن برامج رافدة لها دورها الفاعل في الارتقاء بالقطاع و النهوض به و جعله أكثر توازناً و استقراراً، ضمن إطار حوكمة رؤية المملكة 2030 في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة و المخطط لها.
ومن هنا تطلعت وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان إلى التعاقد مع شركة بيت المنشآت للاستثمار كأحد بيوت الكفاءة المتخصصة في تنفيذ برامج التأهيل وتقديم الدعم المعرفي والمهني لمسارات البرامج، والتي تهدف إلى بناء كفاءات ورفع المهارات والتمكين من إتمام مشاريعهم وبالتالي زيادة المعروض السكني في المملكة.

Code seeks to help startups run and develop their businesses with reduced operating cost. Once you are accepted in one of Code programs based on your stage (Ideation, MVP, Startup, Growth/Funded), you will get digital incentives, such as: gaining memberships from the largest entrepreneurship companies. As well as obtaining free and discounted digital tools from global platforms, in partnership with the Ministry of Communications, to overcome the obstacles faced by entrepreneurs in operating and developing their emerging projects.
Therefore, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology aspired to contract with the Startups House Investment Company as one of the competency firms specialized in implementing entrepreneurship support programs and providing knowledge support to build partnerships and operate the program
